Integrated branch in Buda with the Q-FUSION integrated CFM system
In the summer of 2015, a new, integrated branch was opened in Fő utca Buda, where residents can access the services of multiple Budapest-based public utility companies.
Such as FKF (Budapest Public Area Management Company), FŐTÁV (Budapest District Heating Works ), FŐVÍZ (Budapest Waterworks) , Díjbeszedő (Fee Collection Holding) and DHK (Arrears Management Company). The integrated centre presented a new type of IT challenge for our company, because a solution had to be delivered that would allow us to control the Q-FUSION integrated CFM system from multiple servers (proprietary servers of the service providers) in order to provide solutions for customer management (Q-FUSION), customer information (Q-MONITOR) and appointment scheduling (Q-TIMER and customized integration solutions). Preparations for the project began with months of negotiations, resulting in a system upgrade at all major Budapest public utility providers to the state-of-the-art Q-FUSION integrated CFM system (Q-FUSION queueing, Q-MONITOR DMS and the Q-TIMER appointment scheduling modules) which satisfies all IT requirements of the project.
